PW-5 roof tile painting machine introduction

The PW-5 tile painting machine is designed to clean and paint roof tiles. It uses American GRACO airless painting machines and four spraying guns to ensure excellent painting results. It operates automatically and can produce 8,000-15,000 painted roof tiles in an 8-hour workday.     

The machine can be heated using oil or electricity and can work with both water-based and oil-based paint.

Product features

1. After being heated and cured three times and painted twice, the surface of the roof tiles will be covered with a high-quality coating.

2. The painting machine operates automatically throughout production, saving labor. Additionally, it is equipped with a high-pressure airless spraying system.

3. The painting machine performs exceptionally well. It can atomize the printing machine at 100% within 80 kg/m² pressure, achieving a utilization ratio of approximately 95%.

4. The heating device can be fuel oil or electric, depending on the customer’s requirements. This makes it more convenient for our customers to use the tile painting machine.

5. This tile painting machine is compatible with both oil-based and water-based paint. Customers can select a suitable model based on their specific needs.
